The role of the four Lereko senior executives, is primarily to identify and exploit synergies between the various business units for the benefit of the company and business partners. For a major transaction in a specialised industry, Lereko’s model is to recruit specialised senior executives into the Lereko team and to act as an executive interface between Lereko and its investee.
Lereko’s expertise in the structuring of broad-based empowerment transactions encompassing workers, community trusts and Public Benefit Organisations is significant and is informed by the intimate knowledge Lereko executives have gained over a number of years in the political and development arena.
