 | Mr Makhonya Tsheko Ratsheko is the former Compliance Manager of Exxaro Resources Limited. He was previously the Chief Director Compliance and Enforcement in the Gauteng Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Environment. Before then, he was the Regulatory and Corporate Legal Advisor for the South African Bureau of Standards, Deputy Registrar of Intellectual Property Office at the DTI. Tsheko is currently an advocate at the Johannesburg Bar, an Audit and Risk Committee Member for the Council of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), Board member of the South African National Space Agency (SANSA). He has two Masters degrees in Law and a certificate in Advance Corporate Law and Securities Law. |
