On Digital Media (”ODM”) trading as TopTV secured a licence from ICASA in October 2007 to broadcast a satellite-based Pay-TV network. A Lereko-led consortium (”consortium”) had an option to acquire a 30% interest in ODM on successful application for a Pay-TV licence. The Consortium has successfully exercised its option on a 10% interest in ODM. Valli Moosa chairs the board of ODM, with Tsheko Ratsheko serving as a board member.
